Tournament Format

The knockout stage will be played in a single-elimination format, with each round consisting of two legs (home and away). The team with the higher aggregate score over both legs will advance to the next round. In case of a tie in aggregate, the away goals rule will be applied first. If the match remains tied after extra time, a penalty shootout will determine the winner.

The winner of the AFC Cup will qualify for the 2024-25 AFC Champions League Group Stage.
